Why do I coach?
I started my career as a BigLaw attorney and later discovered my passion for coaching and career development. Along the way, I’ve worked with professionals of all levels and diverse backgrounds, helping them define their goals and take actionable steps to achieve them. I have particular expertise in working with attorneys, law students, and legal professionals.

Built a firmwide coaching program and served as head of coaching & career development at the firm. Conducted one-on-one coaching sessions with attorneys of all levels on "soft" skill development, leadership, career transitions, business development, and wellness/stress-management. Provided group coaching to all new hires to help them develop the skills and mindset for success at the firm. Drove top and bottom-line firm performance by promoting attorney productivity, retention and engagement.
