Why do I coach?
I coach because I have been fortunate throughout my twenty+ year legal career to hold positions both as a practicing attorney, and then in legal management, due to informal (and formal!) mentors and coaches I had along the way. I want to “pay it forward” to help talented attorneys and business services professionals navigate complex and demanding work environments and succeed on their own terms!!
