Law school grades are important, but the interview doesn't get nearly enough attention by candidates. I launched my personal injury law firm in June 2009 with zero clients and have built it into a thriving practice. Over the past 18 years, I have successfully settled more than 400 cases. Unlike attorneys who only focus on legal work, I’ve run every facet of my practice myself — from client acquisition and marketing to accounting, tax preparation, and negotiating settlements with insurance companies.
