80+ people coached for Legal Practice

With 20+ years of professional experience across law, education, and leadership development, I bring both insider perspective and global insight to coaching attorneys at every stage of practice. As a former Big Law attorney who began my career in Jones Day’s Paris and New York offices, I’ve worked on billion-dollar mergers, private equity deals, and cross-border transactions where the stakes were as high as the expectations. Having spent years in M&A and Sovereign Wealth Investments, I understand the precision, pressure, and politics that define elite legal practice—and the invisible work of having to prove yourself or be underestimated in the conference room as a female and racially diverse attorney. My coaching bridges high-performance strategy with human sustainability. I help first-gen, diverse, and female attorneys master both the craft and the culture of practice: navigating cross-border communication barriers, advocating for themselves in client or partner negotiations, and building practical skills for leadership, confidence, and resilience. I’ve also guided clients through career-defining decisions—whether pursuing the partner path, transitioning in-house, applying for state or federal clerkships, or joining government institutions such as the DOJ. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Intelligence (PQ), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I help clients identify and reframe internalized narratives that limit visibility or confidence, transforming them into deliberate, strategic presence. I also integrate future-readiness coaching, introducing AI-driven tools for research, drafting, and strategic analysis—so clients stay ahead of the evolving profession. The result is clarity, confidence, and credibility that hold steady under pressure—a legal practice where excellence doesn’t come at the cost of wellbeing, and where your identity becomes an advantage, not an obstacle.

About Sasha

I began my career in Big Law after earning my undergraduate degree from Harvard (Biology, with a citation in French) and my J.D. from Columbia Law School. My practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and sovereign wealth investment, primarily in the energy sector, complex, cross-border work involving regulatory scrutiny and high financial stakes. These were environments where precision mattered, consequences were real, and judgment under pressure wasn’t optional. I later transitioned into leadership development and education, designing learning programs that reached over one million learners worldwide. Across law, corporate, and academic spaces, I noticed the same pattern: many capable, accomplished people don’t fail — they begin to doubt themselves when the pressure rises. They overthink. They overprepare. They second-guess decisions that once felt clear. That’s where I work. Today, I help high-performing professionals trust their judgment when it matters most, whether they’re navigating leadership transitions, competitive law admissions, or consequential career decisions.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve lived inside systems where the stakes are high and scrutiny is constant. As a former M&A and sovereign wealth investment attorney working in the energy sector, I operated at the intersection of capital, regulation, and global decision-making. I also grew up as the daughter of immigrants, where responsibility and performance were early lessons. I’ve seen firsthand how capable professionals can thrive in demanding environments and how easily they can begin to override their own instincts when consequences feel large. Over time, I realized that most high achievers don’t need more information. They need steadiness. They need clarity under pressure. They need to trust their judgment when it actually counts. Coaching matters to me because I’ve seen what changes when someone regains that steadiness. Decisions sharpen. Leadership strengthens. Applications become more coherent. Life feels intentional again. That shift — from second-guessing to grounded clarity — is why I do this work.
