I bring more than two decades of executive and enterprise leadership experience, including multiple Chief People Officer roles inside global, scaling organizations at critical points in their trajectory. I’ve worked alongside CEOs and executive teams during periods of hyper-growth, post-merger integration, leadership transition, public-market readiness, and operating model resets—when decisions were complex, time-sensitive, and carried lasting consequences. My background includes leading people and organizational strategy across businesses ranging from pre-revenue startups to multi-billion-dollar global enterprises, supporting rapid scale, international expansion, and high-volume acquisition activity. In these roles, I’ve been accountable for executive team effectiveness, leadership operating rhythm, talent decisions under pressure, and building systems and structures that held up as complexity increased. I’ve also operated with full P&L responsibility earlier in my career, which gives me a commercially grounded perspective on leadership. I understand how strategy, financial constraints, and human decisions intersect in practice—not in theory—and how leadership choices ripple through teams, culture, and results. In addition to my operating roles, I’ve led and sponsored executive coaching initiatives at the enterprise level, partnered directly with senior leaders on decision quality and leadership effectiveness, and served on boards and advisory boards through periods of growth, acquisition, and divestiture. I hold formal graduate training in executive and professional coaching, grounding my work in rigorous coaching practice alongside real-world executive judgment. I have a long track record of achieving results by guiding individuals toward elevated performance, growth, and self-awareness. My corporate background includes leading teams to record revenue achievements and spearheading strategies for growth. During my decade-long tenure at LinkedIn, I was part of the sales launch team for sponsored content; led a large global cross-functional sales team dedicated to supporting LinkedIn's largest customers; and played a critical leadership role in building a North America key account sales organization. I honed my expertise in relationship building and growth strategies by engaging with C-level and other high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies. My sustained high-performance garnered recognition as a top global sales performer for multiple consecutive years. At The Economist, I served as the head of sales for advertising, research, and events in the Western United States and Latin America where I developed and executed a new global sales strategy. Under my leadership, the sales team achieved consecutive years of record revenue sales. Prior to The Economist, I dedicated seven-plus years at Ziff Davis to building, training, and coaching top-tier advertising-sales organizations. Today, my mission is to leverage my extensive corporate sales leadership experience along with the immense potential of executive coaching to enable individuals and organizations to reach their goals, exceed expectations and fulfill their true purpose. I have spent over 20 years in start-up and technology industries across fin-tech, wealth-tech and space-tech. I had founder and executive roles that exposed me to many meaningful experiences. I have gone through a lot of personal growth that helped me sort and format the knowledge so I can share it with you. I have coached 150+ individuals and 30+ companies. I am a regular mentor at Techstars, Columbia Startup Works and NSF. Recently I have become an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Cornell.
