My tenure at USAA saw me rise to Director of Research Insights, where I developed and led a team of 8 market research professionals, achieving industry recognition for our digital experiences. I have 23+ years of leadership experience in the Marine Corps, to include being the Commanding Officer of more than 500 Marines and Sailors, as well as civilian management experiences as Manager, Australia & New Zealand for Gallup/

My passion for developing leaders began 10+ years ago at Vanderbilt where I coached 50+ Model UN students on public speaking, communication clarity, and storytelling.
