Thought Partnership from a Practicing C-Suite Operator
I bring deep experience as a practicing C-suite operator, currently serving in Chief People Officer roles inside complex, global organizations. My work has been done from inside the executive seat, partnering directly with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams during periods of growth, integration, disruption, and transition—when decisions are high-stakes, time-compressed, and often made with imperfect information.
Across my career, I’ve held senior executive responsibility in organizations at very different stages, from pre-revenue and venture-backed environments to multi-billion-dollar global enterprises. I’ve led through hypergrowth, post-merger integration, leadership team rebuilds, public-market preparation, and operating model resets. In these moments, I’ve been accountable not just for setting direction, but for how decisions landed across the business and whether they held up over time.
Earlier in my career, I also held full P&L ownership, which gives me a commercially grounded perspective on executive decision-making. I understand margin pressure, growth tradeoffs, capital constraints, and the realities of running a business—not in theory, but through direct responsibility for results.
In subsequent C-suite roles, my remit expanded beyond people leadership to include technology, information security, real estate, facilities, ESG, and internal communications. That breadth matters. It means I’ve operated at the center of enterprise risk, execution, and trust, and I understand how executive decisions ripple across systems, stakeholders, and reputation. I’m comfortable engaging on issues that cut across functions, where there are no clean answers and competing priorities must be balanced.
Alongside my operating roles, I’ve designed and sponsored enterprise-level executive coaching initiatives and partnered closely with senior leaders on judgment, effectiveness, and leadership presence. I pair this real-world experience with formal post-graduate training in executive and professional coaching, grounding my work in rigorous coaching practice while staying firmly anchored in business reality.
Executives work with me when they want a thought partner who has lived the complexity they’re navigating—someone who can quickly understand context, appreciate the constraints, and engage with clarity, discretion, and practical judgment in moments that matter most.
