Scored a 169 on the Executive Assessment
10+ people coached for Executive Assessment
While working full-time, I prepared for the Executive Assessment in one focused month and earned a 169 (99th percentile). The EA doesn’t require months of studying. It requires structure, prioritization, and discipline. I provide clear, efficient coaching across all sections, focusing on high-impact concepts, timing and decision-making frameworks, and logical clarity. Just as importantly, I help you build a realistic study plan around a full-time job. We’ll map out how to use limited hours effectively, stay consistent, and prepare without burning out. If you’re balancing work and applications, we’ll build a focused one-month plan that’s practical and achievable - the same approach I used myself.
Haris can help with:

Tailored Study Plan

About Haris
I currently manage a $400M+ investment fund and have spent my career across venture capital, hedge funds, and startup operating roles. Over the years, I’ve sat on both sides of the capital table, as a founder, startup CFO, venture investor, and fund manager. I’ve helped raise capital from Pre-Seed through Series A+, built investor pipelines from scratch, and evaluated thousands of opportunities as the one making investment decisions. Across my fund and angel investments, I’ve backed 50+ companies with multiple exits. I also advise founders through 1871, Techstars, Plug and Play, and 500 Global. I don’t coach full-time. I do this alongside my day job because I enjoy working with a small number of motivated people and giving back where I can. I’ve learned a lot by being in the seat myself, and I try to pass along what I’ve picked up from actually doing the work. It keeps things grounded and practical.
