My background in narrative psychology and emotional intelligence allows me to help clients craft messages that not only inform but move people. With 25 years as a global leader and leadership communication coach, I've helped hundreds of professionals at LinkedIn (Microsoft), Gilead Sciences, Databricks, T-Systems, and other Fortune 500 firms close the gap between what they know and how they're heard. My focus is practical and specific: executive presence, high-stakes conversations, stakeholder influence, and the communication moments that shape careers and decisions. I'm a certified Hogan assessments practitioner and one of a select group of certified facilitators for Ray Dalio's PrinciplesYou, which I use to give leaders a precise picture of how they show up and where communication patterns are holding them back. I'm also the author of Mastering High-Stakes Communication at Work. My coaching gives leaders the frameworks, language, and practice they need to walk into any room prepared and walk out having made an impact.

Public speaking is my favorite thing to do. A theater kid growing up, I've always loved capturing other's attention with the spoken word. Now, I public speak daily for work education adult staff at a large university and hospital.
