My experience spans tech companies of all sizes—I've been the solo designer at a 7-person startup (later acquired by Datadog), one of four designers at a 100-person startup searching for product-market fit, and part of a growing design team in a 6,000-person scale-up preparing for IPO (from 20 to now 60 designers). This journey has equipped me with the ability to translate complex ideas, insights, and opportunities into well-structured projects that secure buy-in from even the most challenging stakeholders—across cultures, time zones, and remote settings. When I got my degree in Communication Studies, I didn't know how it was going to apply in the future -- but almost 15 years later, I've learned, everything is communication!
