The biggest gift I feel each of us can give the world (and to ourselves) is showing up as your amazing, authentic self. My philosophy is just do you. Much of my 30+ year career has been dedicated to developing and empowering others...leading the training teams at the media agencies I worked at, teaching at NYU for 15 years, and now leading 20+ development workshops across our Global Business Organization (GBO) at Google.
