My career has taken me from engineering power systems at GE to shaping business strategy for some of the most innovative companies in energy tech. Along the way, I’ve led teams, advised executives, and navigated complex transitions across roles, industries, and functions. Each move taught me how to connect technical depth with business impact—and how to grow a career with intention, not just momentum. I bring that same blend of structure, strategy, and clarity to my coaching. With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from a top business school, I understand both the technical and strategic sides of leadership. I’ve walked the path many of my clients are on, and I know what it takes to shift gears confidently—whether you’re moving into management, exploring a pivot, or leveling up your presence and influence.
