I’ve coached professionals in VC, PE, consulting, and big tech, including 45+ Googlers. I’ve facilitated leadership workshops at Waymo. I hold an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and a BS in Engineering from MIT. Experienced leader in healthcare administration. Spent four years as an Executive Director with the Ensign Group, the largest and most profitable long-term care company. Successfully grew census in each facility and helped with new acquisitions. Facility EBIT averaged 1.5 million and improved CMS star rating at each facility. Through connections from that job, was promoted to a Vice President role with a smaller company. Since joining Cross Healthcare, have helped lead four new acquisitions that are all profitable and successful. Census has grown over 25% since acquisition and net income has improved from negative before acquisitions to successful facilities. I have experience in training executives in long-term care and helping them grow their career, be more efficient, free up their time and multiply those around them.

I spent 8 years trying to figure out how to climb the corporate ladder and "manage up"; early on in my career, I was unsuccessful. It wasn't until I started establishing relationships with a few helpful mentors, studying for my MBA, and when I volunteered as a Career mentor for undergrad students did I learn from mistakes and start to better understand what was needed to build a successful career. So, utilizing my personal failures and successes, including landing a role as a Sr. Consultant at a Consulting firm, despite applying off-season, and my natural ability to coach, I now help recent undergrads in career development. I particularly enjoy and excel working with recent undergrad students understanding that post graduation is an anxious time, especially for those unsure of their career. Besides providing support and advice, I coach my clients in understanding themselves and determining their goals so that they approach each role confidently and with a strong narrative. Clients of mine have been able to learn sustainable relationship and career building skills, allowing them to make a positive impact in their role and advance in their career.
