The biggest gift I feel each of us can give the world (and to ourselves) is showing up as your amazing, authentic self. My philosophy is just do you. I say it to my team, I say it to my kids and I say it to anyone that will listen! Each of us has amazing potential and sometimes we need to talk through different ways on how best to unlock it. Much of my 30+ year career has been dedicated to developing and empowering others...leading the training teams at the media agencies I worked at, teaching at NYU for 15 years, and now leading 20+ development workshops across our Global Business Organization (GBO) at Google. Throughout my career journey, I've had the pleasure of coaching hundreds of amazing people. I'm also a 20+ year manager (15 pre-Google & 5 at Google).
