I offer Job Coaching where we review Resumes, LinkedIn profiles and job search strategies in detail with job seekers which has instilled confidence during their job search. I have spent my whole career in the Hospitality Industry and am passionate about developing and training others. I truly care about the future of those I manage or consult and even host Job Coaching webinars online for FREE.

I’m qualified to coach in career and interview preparation because of my combined experience in law, executive search, and senior HR and Talent Acquisition roles, including at Amazon. I’ve spent years on the hiring side — interviewing, assessing candidates, and advising leaders on selection and progression — which gives me a practical understanding of what decision-makers look for in interviews.
