With over two decades at Microsoft, I led teams behind some of the most successful franchises in gaming, including Halo, Forza Motorsport, and Mass Effect. As an Executive Producer, I hired and managed top talent, navigated complex product launches, and delivered award-winning experiences enjoyed by millions worldwide. I now bring that same leadership and insight to coaching. I know what it takes to succeed in high-pressure environments—and what it feels like to burn out or crave something new. I help professionals gain clarity, build confidence, and take bold steps toward careers and lives they’re excited about.

Why do I coach?

Coaching unlocks your superpowers. I believe in it because I’ve experienced it firsthand. During my promotion to Executive Producer at Microsoft, I worked with an executive coach who helped me uncover my values, recognize my inner saboteurs, and build the confidence to design a career and life I truly wanted. That transformation inspired me to pursue professional training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), where I became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Today, I coach with empathy, authenticity, and accountability—helping others gain clarity, overcome roadblocks, and step boldly into the next chapter of their careers and lives.

Forza Motorsport 6 : Senior Producer for Environment Art - Shipped 26 different environments at the launch of Forza Motorsport 6 below budget. - Established roles, responsibilities, and best practices for the Environment art team at Turn 10. Team functioned efficiently with a small number of studio artists working with a large outsourcing team. - Managed 2 different outsourcing art companies to develop environments for Forza 6. - Worked with the business development team on statements of work for outsourced art companies.
