I have worked for over 30 years with hundreds of students and clients seeking to start their career, or to change fields. I work in particular with lawyers seeking to switch fields and careers, and with pre-law students looking to enter the field of law, as well as with law students, and college students in general. I have published two books and many articles on the topic of career change, and finding a job/career. I was an Assistant Dean of a very large multi-campus Pre-law Advising program at a major university for many years. I was also a Director in the Career Services Office of a major law school for several years and have also had my own private career coaching practice. I am also experienced in administering and interpreting several career inventories.

With a diverse background in law and business, I bring a unique perspective to career development coaching. I hold an MBA from London Business School, where I was actively involved in leadership roles and facilitated strategy sessions for senior executives. My professional journey includes strategic roles at Hawk-Eye Innovations and Vodafone, as well as legal expertise from my time as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and a Lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin. I'm a Harvard grad and current Stanford MBA student with almost a decade of experience in a diverse range of roles - as an early startup employee, a self-employed startup consultant/freelancer, a venture capital analyst, and ultimately an exited startup COO (of a YCombinator-backed political software startup, one of the leading platforms in Democratic politics; acquired by ActBlue in 2025).
