Why do I coach?
Having held deeply sensitive roles where I often served as a steady anchor in complex, high‑pressure environments, I learned what it feels like to carry responsibility without always having the space to process, reflect, or be vulnerable. Coaching became a powerful discovery for me, a place where people can think out loud, explore without judgment, and reconnect with themselves in ways their roles don’t always allow. I coach because I know, firsthand, the value of having a safe, grounded space to make sense of your experiences. In many ways, I support others in accessing the kind of presence, partnership, and clarity I often needed but didn’t always have as I navigated my own career and life.
