I have been fortunate to have success in navigating upward career steps, with a track record of success and regular promotions at both Bloomberg and at BCG. At Bloomberg, I navigated a transition from contractor to employee and created a new more strategic role for myself. At BCG, I was promoted from consultant to project leader to principal. I was promoted early to principal and served as a formal coach and informal to colleagues as they navigated their own BCG and non-BCG career paths. Upon deciding to leave BCG, I investigated multiple opportunities across large corporations, start-ups, and franchises before settling on my next role.
