As a division President and VP at Panasonic, I have C level experience and know how to successfully manage up/down/sideways. I also enjoy coaching at Rutgers Braven program for undergraduates and graduates--career choices, internships, etc. My strength comes from my management perspective, long international corporate experience including managing expat Directors, and the ability to straddle both mentoring and coaching in an engagement, with an emphasis on coaching.
