Over 25+ years, I have built and led companies across private equity, venture capital, family offices, and digital health. I have raised and deployed capital, executed cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures across multiple continents, and served as both a C-suite executive and board member. I understand how talent is evaluated at the highest levels—not only by hiring managers, but by investors and boards accountable for performance. My coaching focuses on strategic positioning: clarifying your narrative, sharpening your differentiation, and ensuring you compete effectively in highly selective environments. As someone who started their career in FP&A, transitioned into Strategy, and landed in Product Marketing, I've navigated 3 different careers in 10 years within the same company. I have led company-wide, strategy-defining efforts in all of my roles from QuickBooks and TurboTax partnerships, cloud adoption acceleration, and entering the ERP category. I have demonstrated an ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics across business units and functions, identify mentors and champions, and drive results that speak for themselves.

Over the past three years, I’ve had more than 100 coffee chats with MBA applicants, master’s students, and young professionals, helping them think through school choices, career pivots, and how to tell their stories with confidence. Having lived, studied, and worked across both China and the U.S.—in finance, consulting, tech, and entrepreneurship—I’ve been through many of the same transitions and uncertainties my clients are facing. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to make big career decisions in a new environment, and my goal is to offer practical guidance, honest feedback, and a supportive space to figure things out. I'm now the founder and CEO of Free Agency, supporting talent through job search -- clients have achieved over $400M in job offers since 2019.
