I have never believed in a linear career. I began in consulting, where I learned to think in structured problems and measurable outcomes. I then moved closer to operators, building products inside startups and understanding what it takes to turn ideas into execution. Along the way, I explored public policy, studied psychology to better understand human decision making, run a startup, and spent time inside a VC evaluating founders from the other side of the table. Because I have tested different paths myself, I understand the uncertainty, ambition, and self doubt that often come with big career moves. I know what it feels like to question direction, to compare options, and to weigh risk against growth. That perspective allows me to coach with empathy and rigor. I help you clarify not just what you want to do next, but why. Together, we build a narrative and a strategy that reflects who you are, where you want to go, and how to get there with intention.

Welcome! I have 10+ years of experience in the private sector, including six years in strategic management consulting working across multiple industries. I have been fortunate to have success in navigating upward career steps, with a track record of success and regular promotions at both Bloomberg and at BCG. At Bloomberg, I navigated a transition from contractor to employee and created a new more strategic role for myself. At BCG, I was promoted from consultant to project leader to principal. I was promoted early to principal and served as a formal coach and informal to colleagues as they navigated their own BCG and non-BCG career paths. Upon deciding to leave BCG, I investigated multiple opportunities across large corporations, start-ups, and franchises before settling on my next role.

Through-out my career, I have heavily invested in coaching and sought opportunities to help others develop in their careers. I have specific expertise in Retail / CPG / Ecommerce, Top-Tier MBB Management Consulting, MBA applications, and Strategy & Operations. I am passionate about helping others achieve their career and personal goals, whether it be through career advancement, work-life balance, coaching & development, etc. I am especially invested in helping women succeed in their careers - and helping working moms navigate pre- and post-baby.

I've been a CEO for 15+ years and one of the top jobs of a CEO is to grow employees, advance their career, not just in your company but prepare them for after. I have helped advanced the careers of hundreds of employees, all of which have stayed and colleagues, friends and mentees. Perhaps this one small principle will make you see that I am different than most other people. In all of my companies I've had a rule where there can't be any job that doesn't have a path to grow. How about my executive assistant then? In most companies EA's stay in one job forever. All EA I've had, had a career path from EA to customer support, to account management to sales. I've grown so many administrative assistants to be sales people, and they are eternally grateful. Even the simplest job has to have a growth path otherwise employees are unhappy. I have never seen an employee leave working for me that I didn't want to see leave. It's these small but important principles that make it happen.

I’ve spent more than a decade building and leading within a Fortune 500 organization, progressing from an entry-level role to Head of Logistics Excellence at Kraft Heinz, where I currently lead a team of 14. Along the way, I’ve mentored professionals across functions on promotion readiness, internal mobility, and strategic career pivots. I’ve seen firsthand how performance, perception, and organizational dynamics influence advancement decisions. In addition to my operating experience, I earned my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, strengthening my foundation in leadership, talent development, and career strategy.
