I've personally experienced this when I made the jump from Equity Research at Morgan Stanley to Growth Strategy at Oscar Health and into Investment Banking Strategy at JPMorgan. The total student population of CSUF's business college is around 9,000+, and I was successful in differentiating myself and getting my profile in front of interviewers at most of the Big4 Consulting Groups (Deloitte Consulting, EY-Parthenon, Strategy&) and the three MBB frms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). For many of these firms, I was the FIRST to interview from my undergraduate program in my school's history and the first to receive job offers.

My experience began when I learned to solve for cold starts by launching markets across the US and Canada.
