Angelo’s been by my side for two major career transitions now, first into tech, then within tech from UX design to engineering. This past October, I asked Emily to help edit some of my supplemental essays for my application to Brown University. Instantly, she provided me with crucial guidance, left edits on my essays, suggested more succinct ways to express myself, and taught me about what Brown looks for in a student. We exchanged emails back and forth and worked intensely on the application, and I believe it was her guidance which allowed me to be not only satisfied with my work, but optimistic about my applications. I’ve since been accepted to five Ivy-League Universities and am certain that it was Emily’s mentorship which created a framework for my applications, even beyond Brown. Emily showed me a way of looking at my writing so that even if the reader – such as an admissions officer – doesn’t know me at all, my points will still be clear. I believe Emily would be a wonderful coach for MBA applicants because she is a brilliant mentor, is eager and consistent to help others, and has specific and integral experience with the application process.

Ellin is amazing at her craft! Her strategy for helping clients gain admission into top MBA programs is unmatched and honestly should be studied, her success rate speaks for itself. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique story and helps craft compelling applications that stand out. She has personally helped me, my siblings, and several friends navigate the competitive admissions process, all with outstanding results, including scholarship offers. Her insight, encouragement, and professionalism make a stressful process feel achievable. I will continue to refer Ellin to anyone serious about getting into business school and securing funding.
