Why do I coach?
I believe that I have had a prolific professional career and I come from a diverse background which affords me a lot of experience to share. I also had a challenging childhood (moved once a year every year from kindergarten to 7th grade), along with paying my way through a state school which means, it didn't give me any head start in the business or design world. I had to do a lot to prove and overcome to be successful at some of the best design-led companies in the world, without a top-tier alumni education. So, I see coaching as an incredible opportunity to pay it forward to as many people as I can. I had a lot of great managers, mentors, and leaders that invested in me and I want to make sure that my legacy is one of generosity and individual impact.
