I’ve had the privilege of knowing Malcolm as a classmate at Harvard Kennedy School and through business school crossovers between HBS and MIT. He is, without exaggeration, the most well-connected person I know—and not just in terms of breadth, but in the depth and authenticity of his relationships. Malcolm combines an extraordinary network with rare follow-through: he is someone who shows up, every time, without fail. Whether it’s navigating high-stakes career moves or sharing quiet, thoughtful advice, he brings a calm reliability that is hard to come by. I and many others trust him, and more importantly, grow because of his involvement in our journeys. Tathiana really gets what it’s like to feel stuck in a career that looks good on paper but doesn’t feel fulfilling. I had the pleasure of working with David on a data platform project for the chemical and agriculture practice at McKinsey.
