About Dhruv
I’m a career development coach with a strategy background and a soft spot for people in transition. I earned my MBA from Kellogg and spent 11+ years leading high-impact Strategy & Ops teams—first as an early employee at Uber, then at Bain, and later at multiple B2B startups. Whether you’re exploring your first job, navigating a pivot, or thinking about an MBA, I help you connect the dots between where you are and where you want to be in 5–10 years. My approach is grounded in deep listening, structured reflection, and practical planning. I don’t just help you land the next job—I help you build the story that gets you where you ultimately want to go. Having navigated my own share of career ambiguity, I know how powerful it is to have someone guide you through it with clarity and care. If you're ready to take ownership of your path, I’m here to help you chart it with intention.
Why do I coach?
Mentorship isn’t in my DNA—it’s in my way of life. I’m where I am today because I had mentors who believed in me, challenged me, and helped me navigate moments of uncertainty with patience and strategy. They taught me that talent and effort matter, but so does having a plan—and someone to guide you through it. For example, if your 5 year goal is to get into a top MBA program then applying to an MBA program doesn’t start the year you apply—it starts years earlier, in the choices you make about roles, skills, and the narrative you’re building. Those ambiguous years between undergrad and MBA are critical. If you don’t take control of your path, it’s easy to look up and realize your story doesn’t stand out in a sea of qualified applicants. I know this firsthand—I had no idea whether I was on the “right” path until the right mentors helped me connect the dots. That’s why I coach. I want to help new grads take ownership of their career story early, so they’re not just working hard—they’re working toward something. I especially enjoy helping them connect the dots between their day-to-day work and the bigger picture, how they create value, build credibility, and make smart career bets. Watching someone land their first big win or get clarity on their path is incredibly rewarding. It’s my way of paying it forward and investing in the next generation of operators and leaders. My approach is grounded in structured reflection, honest feedback, and actionable strategy. It’s about giving people the clarity and confidence I was lucky to receive, and helping them move forward with purpose.
