Lucas has been one of the most influential mentors in my life, both personally and professionally. From the very beginning of my career, he’s been there to guide me—not just with resumes, interviews, and portfolios, but with the deeper things that truly shape a person: storytelling, how to carry yourself, and how to find passion and purpose in what you do. What I appreciate most about Lucas is the genuine care and thoughtfulness he brings to every conversation. He doesn’t just give advice—he listens, he challenges you to think bigger, and he celebrates your growth along the way. Anyone lucky enough to have Lucas as a mentor will quickly see the incredible impact he can have.

I’ve known lucas for three years through Product Space, the product management club at berkeley. I’m vouching for lucas because he is not only one of the most passionate mentors I know, but he has also developed extensive product experience. We ran the new member program at Product Space together, which involves 1:1 mentorship, and Lucas poured an incredible amount of time and energy into his mentees. He truly wants others to succeed, personally and professionally, and he is willing to help others in any way he can so that they can achieve their goals.

I worked with Jonathan in the high tension area of investment banking. He oversaw my work when I was an associate. Jonathan is one of the highest integrity supervisors that I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. He is a commanding presence - and positively, assisting those under his tutelage and purview to make them better rather than for dogmatic rules. I would put him in the top echelon of all the people I’ve worked with throughout my career. He is intelligence, hard working, thoughtful and a leader in every sense. I could not imagine a better candidate for a CEO position. He executes adeptly under adverse conditions, be it ambiguity or structured processes. He brings his A-game everyday and is the first persona that I’d hire if building a new company.

I've been working with Courtney on a career transition. She takes a holistic approach starting with an inventory on what you've accomplished in order to combat the imposter syndrome that so many of us face. She tackles every stage of the job search including building a network before you need it, optimizing your LinkedIn, crafting a stellar resume, mock interview prep and salary negotiation. I couldn't be happier with the coaching that I've recieved from someone who leads with empathy and has a heart for helping others achieve their dream career.

I could not have succeeded in the investment banking recruiting process without Katharine by my side. Working with Katharine has been an incredible experience. I really value Katharine's ability to bring a combination of deep technical expertise and personal mentorship.
