He worked with me to shape my story from good to great, taking into consideration how to tailor it to each firm's structure, with industry and geographical considerations (e.g., certain offices focus heavily on certain industries, some firms have a more location-agnostic or industry-agnostic approach) - Customizing my prep strategy: Tony took the time to understand my availability restraints, and created a customized drill-based strategy for me, based on initially assessing my strengths and weaknesses. His hands-on approach kept my prep strategy flexible depending on my progress, as well as my availability. I felt that his approach utilized my time in the most efficient way with maximum growth! Overall, I highly recommend working with him, and am glad to have him as my coach!
