I have known Mr. Alisher for over four years through Oxiana Fellows, a project accelerator for high school students, where he was my mentor. At the time I joined, I knew very little about global opportunities, project management, or professional skills. He introduced me to scholarships, international programs, and alumni networks, while teaching me structured planning, task management, collaboration, and a growth mindset. What makes Mr. Alisher exceptional is that he does not just give advice but builds systems that teach people how to think, work, and execute effectively.
