About Alexander

Over the last several years, I’ve partnered with 1,200+ professionals to elevate their experience, define their value proposition, and accelerate their career trajectories, working with everyone from Google directors and Amazon senior managers to PwC professionals and university students across a wide range of industries. I’ve also shared these insights as a keynote speaker at 50+ events, including organizations such as Google, Northwestern, University of Washington, Georgia Association of Colleges & Employers, and more. Career development and mentorship are central to who I am, and one of the first things people learn about me is that I genuinely love helping people move forward in their careers. -- As a resume writer, career coach, and Google professional, here's how I can help you: ✅ Personal Brand Positioning: Build a compelling resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile that clearly communicates your value, attract recruiters, and position you as a top candidate. ✅ Interview Mastery: Master every stage of the interview process using proven frameworks that clearly communicate your impact, build credibility, and position you as the obvious hire. ✅ Career Growth & Negotiation: Develop a clear career strategy and negotiate compensation from a position of strength, maximizing today’s offers while setting yourself up for long-term upside. ✅ Networking & Visibility: Build intentional visibility by forming authentic industry relationships, accessing the hidden job market, and landing interviews without relying on endless applications. I know how overwhelming the job search can feel. I’ve been there too. That’s why I’m proud to have helped professionals land roles at companies such as: ⭐ The Magnificent 7 (Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, etc) ⭐ The Big 4 (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte) ⭐ The Walt Disney Company ⭐ Goldman Sachs ⭐ Home Depot ⭐ And More Why Clients Trust Me 200+ 5-Star Reviews, Google Finance Program Manager (3.5+ YOE), M.S. in Accounting (University of Washington), Career Development & Mentorship Lead at Google, Founder of SummitResume.com, CNN Feature, Keynote Speaker (50+ Events). What Happens When You Message Me? I'll walk you through my services, what's included, what you actually need (and don't), and whether I'm the right fit for your goals. No pressure. Just clarity!

Why do I coach?

In March 2025, I worked with a mother who had just been laid off and wanted one thing: to get back on her feet. By May, she had landed a new role. Months later, I unknowingly worked with her husband. Afterward, he said: “Alex, you helped my wife earlier this year, and now you’ve helped me. The impact you’ve had on our household has been overwhelming. Thank you.” That moment captures why I do this work. Over the past 4 years, I've had the opportunity to relive similar experiences with 1,200 clients. To this day, resume writing and career coaching is the most fulfilling work I've done.
