I have known Mr. Alisher for over four years through Oxiana Fellows, a project accelerator for high school students, where he was my mentor. At the time I joined, I knew very little about global opportunities, project management, or professional skills. He introduced me to scholarships, international programs, and alumni networks, while teaching me structured planning, task management, collaboration, and a growth mindset. What makes Mr. Alisher exceptional is that he does not just give advice but builds systems that teach people how to think, work, and execute effectively. He sets high standards, cares deeply about his mentees, and designs programs that develop skills, mindset, and practical execution. His mentorship helped me grow from a local high school student into someone capable of co-founding impactful projects, pursuing international opportunities, and gaining acceptance to NYU Abu Dhabi.
