A passionate and disciplined leader!

As an Indian applicant with no major brand name in my resume, I was always doubtful of my chances of getting into a T15 B-school and was aiming for T20/T25 instead. Speaking with Sridhar removed that doubt and motivated me to aim higher. Regarding Sridhar, the things I liked about working with him are his clarity of mind and his knowledge of how to frame both the personal and professional journey in the MBA context. Sridhar’s support was there throughout the entire journey, starting from which schools to target for my intended post-MBA goals till the interview stage, wherein he gave school-specific advice for interviews and conducted multiple mock interviews for each school. For me, the biggest pro of working with Sridhar is the amount of time Sridhar is willing to spend to ensure that the application is as optimal as it could be. I would recommend prospective MBA students to work with Sridhar, as working with him and getting his perspective will not only improve your chances of getting an admit but also getting a positive outcome post B-school.

Jay is hands down one of the best mentors you could ask for. He helped me take my own story and refine it into something that felt authentic to me, but also clear enough to land in an interview room. His feedback was always very kind and direct, which gave me the advice I needed to improve in a way that felt encouraging. Jay has always been there for me, and it’s clear he genuinely enjoys helping people on their journey. He’s truly in your corner every step of the way. I honestly couldn’t recommend him more!

Jack helped me navigate my transition from a strategy role into a product manager role while we worked together at LinkedIn. I'm always appreciative of his ability to guide me to ask the right questions, whether that's on our latest strategy doc or as I prepared for product interviews. Jack is kind, very, very thoughtful as a product thinker, and has extensive operations and process improvement experience as well. He is a great coach and would be helpful to anyone trying to land their next play in tech/product. More important, he is so fun to talk to and will make you feel very comfortable.

Ify provided incredible interview and timeline guidance that helped me gain admissions to elite prep schools. She walked me through every step of the application process and ensured that I never got lost. Her feedback helped beyond essays and her waitlist strategy worked!

I study at UC Berkeley and worked with Charlene on my college application essays, and she has been wonderful, helping me with my writing and reflecting on my past experiences. My package for the program included a certain number of schools, but she still helped me with extra schools even though she didn't have to. She is also a very fun and thoughtful person to chat with! I highly suggest her.

I met Jonathan during my BCG recruiting process and immediately connected with him because he understood my background and the challenges of breaking into consulting post-MBA from a different socioeconomic starting point.
