Kaleem and I have collaborated for 8+ years in our careers. He is skilled in a wide range of career development fields, ranging from case study preparation, networking, resume writing and interview preparation. Kaleem has also worked with a few of my colleagues in a diverse set of job functions (product, tech, consulting etc.) and something that has stood out is the personalized approach he takes in coaching the professionals he is working with. He is able to identify the specific development area and works with them to make that area a strength.

I’m an Indian male with an undergrad in law and work experience spanning across the social sector and government. My GRE is low as well, relative to the competitive pool of Indian male applicants that I am part of. Given the lack of exposure and access to any professional network in the business realm, I was extremely skeptical about applying to B-schools back in May, 2025. That’s when I first met Sridhar. Right from the very first call, Sridhar was very encouraging and not at all skeptical about my background and low test score. Having already interacted with a couple of other big name consultants, this was a breath of fresh air. I instantly felt a connection and over the course of the next few months, Sridhar served not merely as a guide but also a mentor, as he kept pushing me to aspire higher and provided me with invaluable resources and guidance for every little step in the application process. He is never bound by time, and was always available to me, at any given hour, answering the innate doubts and apprehensions I had. His attention to detail and ability to bring out the best version of myself, doubling down on my relatively unique profile was what made the difference at the end. I ended up applying to 4 schools in R1 and got admitted to UNC Kenan-Flagler and waitlisted at UVA Darden, which was beyond my expectations when I started on this journey. P.S. Even though Sridhar took me on as a R1 client, he was very supportive of my decision to push a majority of my applications to R2 as I wanted to take another attempt at the GRE. I’m continuing to avail his guidance as I navigate even more applications in this application cycle moving forward.

He really took the time to understand Rhea’s strengths and helped her present them authentically. I’d strongly recommend Jordan to any student or family navigating the college admissions process. His insight, dedication, and mentorship truly make a difference.

I reached out to David when I felt completely stuck trying to break into more competitive roles in tech as an international U.S. professional. What impressed me immediately was how incredibly strategic he was. Instead of just giving resume tips, he helped me rethink my entire career positioning — from the types of roles I should pursue to how my unconventional background (and even my perceived weaknesses!) could be framed as a strength. After our conversations, I had a clear strategy for approaching top tech companies that I never had before and eventually landed my dream job at NVIDIA!
