I've had the pleasure of working with Ethan on multiple occasions. He consistently demonstrates leadership, compassion, knowledge, and drive. Ethan excels in everything he sets his mind to. He is a mentor, educator, and coach with an outstanding depth of knowledge. When he encounters something unfamiliar, he takes the initiative to learn and grow, making himself even more effective. Ethan has a unique ability to instill confidence in others and truly captivate a room. Diya has helped me during the time I was exploring design. I reached out to her for chats and she was incredibly generous with her time! One of the biggest things Michael helped me with was confidence. I had the right background but didn’t feel fully comfortable in interviews. Through mock interviews and feedback, he helped me become much more clear and confident in how I spoke. He also helped me simplify my answers, which made them much stronger overall. By the end of the process, I felt like I was presenting myself at a much higher level. That made a big difference.

Michael was honestly one of the most helpful people I spoke to during recruiting. He just “gets” the process and is really good at breaking things down in a way that actually makes sense. He helped me clean up my story, think through networking more strategically, and get sharper on technicals. The mock interviews were tough but in a good way... definitely helped me improve quickly. I also appreciated how honest he was with feedback. Overall, working with him made a noticeable difference.
