Working with Margo was an incredible experience and one I will always be grateful for. From the very start, her responsiveness and lightning-fast turnaround made me feel supported and never alone throughout a process that can be overwhelming and emotionally exhausting. Noy was an incredible coach and played a huge role in helping me get admitted to all 3 of my Round 1 schools: Sloan, Tuck, and Georgetown McDonough. He works absolute magic when it comes to translating your experiences into compelling core stories, which is something I had been struggling with before meeting him. Despite not having a military background himself, he helped me articulate my military experiences in a way that was both authentic and impactful. He also helped me significantly with my résumé and even guided me in crafting stronger stories for my recommenders so they could deliver powerful messages. This was my first experience using Leland for coaching, and because of Noy, I’ve been recommending the platform to everyone applying to business school. I would recommend Noy to anyone looking for a coach who is talented, supportive, and truly invested in your success.

As a STEM major wanting to pivot to the legal field, I remember sitting down to write my personal statements and blanking over and over again. That is when I reached out to Craig on LeLand. We set up an intro call, and I knew immediately that his insight would get me into an amazing law school. For the next few months, Craig helped me create a strong portfolio highlighting how my unique background and interests make me a competitive candidate for the top law schools in the nation. Ultimately, his patience, guidance, and support led me to receive an offer of admission from Columbia Law School and the University of Toronto. Overall, Craig was a pleasure to work with. His schedule was extremely flexible—always being a phone call or a message away when I had a quick question or needed to discuss topics at a greater length. I can confidently say that Craig's help is the reason I have a T-14 admission offer, and will forever be grateful for the time I spent working with him.

Emily was the perfect coach for my application process. After reading all sorts of forums and talking with other coaching services my head was filled with all sorts of contradicting information and target schools. I also came in with some nuance to my situation, but she helped me navigate and understand exactly how to put my progression on to paper. She was honest yet caring in how she delivered feedback. Quickly delivered multiple rounds of feedback on essays, even in inconvenient times. The mock interview was also very helpful as it prepared me for all sorts of behavioral questions you don't see in regular job interviews and made me think about my answers before going in to interviews. Would recommend Emily to anyone I knew going through the process.

From my first meeting with Geri, she was so kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive. Geri really took the time to listen to what I wanted out of my deferred MBA process, and she set up a clear path for me to succeed in my applications. With Geri's help, I was able to craft compelling essays that felt genuine and thoughtful, which I wouldn't have been able to do alone. Geri was beyond patient for the five months we worked together, and she knows so much about every M7 school. Brennen is sharp and incredibly talented in his craft of storytelling, with a wealth of experience and knowledge in MBA applications and interviews. I worked with Yvette from February on MBA applications and couldn't recommend her more. What stood out to me about her was: - her ability to really get a grasp of my personal story and guide me through a structured reflective process where I eventually arrived at conclusions about my motivations and qualities that I could infuse into my essays - no BS attitude. She would push back on some ideas during the revision process which ultimately elevated my writing. - constant support and flexibility. i was in school while applying to these programs, and often would need to add new sessions on short-notice, and i found her to be accommodating. she was also a great source of confidence during times where i doubted that my profile would be competitive for the schools i was applying to. her interview prep made me feel well-prepared as it simulated an almost exact replica of what i would experience in the actual interviews. overall, I couldn't recommend her more!

Andy P was an incredible MBA coach who played a huge role in helping me get into Wharton through the Moelis Advance Access Program. He took the time to understand my background and helped me shape a strong, authentic story. One thing I appreciated most was that he was brutally honest about what he thought of my profile and chances. It was not always easy to hear, but it pushed me to improve and made a big difference in the long run. The unlimited revisions and talking time you pay for is 100 percent worth it.
