About Geri
I am a former member of the MBA Admissions Board at Harvard Business School. I spent 8 years reviewing and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and marketing the school at MBA fairs, panels, and conferences. I helped market, launch, and manage the 2+2 Program (deferred admissions). I hold a B.A. from the University of Delaware. Most of my career has been spent in higher education within Career and Professional Development, Admissions, and Digital Education. Born in New Jersey (thankfully no accent remains), I now live just outside Boston with my husband and 2 teenage children. (Soon to be joined by a dog!) I love podcasts, Formula 1, and books of all kind.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I love helping people uncover what makes them special and unique, and then helping them craft their narrative for the MBA application. My approach is to use my expertise to remove some of the mystery (and anxiety) around a very important and challenging process.

Worked with a cross functional team to launch the digital education arm of Harvard Business School. Managed two program delivery teams overseeing a portfolio of HBSO products. Collaborated with product, marketing, and course production to design and develop a seamless user experience from enrollment to credential eligibility tracking. Identified and implemented business process efficiencies to support rapid organizational growth. Proposed data driven solutions, obtained executive buy-in and resource approval, and oversaw implementation. Partnered with software development team on requirements gathering, user testing, and roll out of Salesforce applicant evaluation tool. HBSO is a digital learning initiative powered by the faculty of Harvard Business School.
