I came from a non-traditional background, which means my achievements are challenging to translate into a data-driven resume. Chip did an amazing job helping me with this, polishing and translating them into business language, and it worked really well. Additionally, I reached out to Chip for my Kellogg application. Chip is very knowledgeable and provided me with valuable insights, including what the program is looking for and which qualities of my story I should highlight in the application. I highly recommend Chip if you are looking for a coach for MBA applications. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

CBS was the first application I worked on - I had no clue how to build a strong personal brand. Through Scott’s sharing on what the school is looking for in different essays, I started to have a better idea on how to refine my drafts. The one thing impressed me the most about Scott - he truly cares about my success. He went to the extra miles to discuss which classes/ professors fit better with my narrative and support multiple iterations. Scott made it clear from the start that he’s only goal was to make sure I came out with exceptional essays, not to profit from the coaching. I am truly grateful to have his support in the application journey!

It was a blast working with Shreya! Her insights on the program helped a lot on adding color to the final essay. She was very thoughtful - still get back to me at my last minute question after our official coaching hour ended. Dione went above and beyond, and I can't recommend her enough. A few facts: Compressed Timeline: two months compared to the average six months Utilized the "comprehensive package" - completely worth the cost Applied to two schools (R2) with her help Did not come from a "traditional" (e.g., IB/consulting/PE) background Dione is incredibly fast at responding with feedback, even during the holiday break (please don't be like me and respect her holidays). While I knew I needed the most help with the essays, I didn't anticipate all the help I would need on my resume or in my LOR packages. I truly felt like she was there to support me. In the initial meeting, she'll lay out a strategy doc with a timeline and expectations on what she will/will not do. I encourage potential clients to read through this thoroughly and bring up any concerns. Dione does a great job setting expectations; you should try your best to honor them. I expected only some of the work that goes into these applications. This is a long process and takes deep reflection. One thing that I genuinely appreciated was that Dione does not just "give you the answer". She has been doing this for 10 years, and I assume could easily tell you "what to write about," but she pushes you to find the answer for yourself. The result is an authentic essay that you are proud of. One thing to note about her style. While Dione does do video chats in moments when you're stuck, that's not her preferred communication style (we emailed 3x a week). So if you do better with a coach that does weekly video "check-ins"/ need to talk through things out loud, Dione might not be best for that. Her style might be best for people with demanding work schedules who communicate better over email than having weekly set times. Dione is incredibly encouraging, which you'll need for this process. As I was writing my essays, she mentioned, "You're close," which I interpreted as "I'm two drafts away." In reality, I think I was 5-6 more drafts from a final result. I know she did this to encourage me, but it was a tad frustrating as I went through it. Overwhelmingly, I can't recommend Dione enough. She's looking for your best and will push you to achieve it. If you want that type of coach, I strongly recommend her.

Chip was incredibly helpful in helping me brainstorm for my Kellogg essays and refining them. I highly recommend anyone applying to Kellogg to work with him. I reached out to him just two weeks before the deadline and he was very responsible and was able to help me re-vamp my story and refine it in time for the deadline. Additionally, he was able to make my story incredibly concise and fit a lot within the limited word count. If I could go back, I would work with him on other school essays as well.
