i booked 2 coaching sessions with Dallin. One for guidance on my HBS essay what's more, and one for my wharton package (mainly reapplicant essay, but also use the remaining time to review two main essays.) i would say Dallin is quite helpful. He helped me create a vivid narrative connecting dots to tell my story. And he is quite efficient. Also, i am from China. i suggested that we used zoom since it could provide CC (caption) which would be easier for me to follow. I did not feel pressure when I talked about my stories with him.

I accidentally stumbled upon Cian's profile on Leland and it was a very happy accident! Cian is kind and more than that, he wants you to achieve the goals you have for yourself more than you do. He wants you to succeed. Stellar coach and very meticulous with essays. Couldn't recommend enough.

Roberto is one of those incredible and really natural coaches who gets to the core right off the bat. I loved how he was able to help me figure out what I actually wanted through coaching by laying it out for me. I also am immensely grateful to Roberto for really bringing in a perspective that was very unique to my application. Three things make Mario stand out. 1) Mario was very fast with his reviews, committing to 48-hour turns of my materials, often leaving in depth feedback within hours of me sending. 2) Mario gave feedback that was both actionable and appropriately critical - he didn't mince words and made my application as strong as it could be. 3) Mario's set of "story creation" exercises was very helpful as I transitioned from not knowing what to write about to have a clear and compelling vision.
