From the few meetings I’ve had with James, I’ve noticed a palpable improvement in my essay! He possesses a remarkable talent for extracting the most compelling aspects of my story and seamlessly integrating them into a business-oriented essay. Prior to this, I had a perception that winning essays might follow a similar format -- a template approach with a rise from ashes to Wall Street success and "humble brags" about a desire to now give back and change the world. Ben and co-host Claire Rafson shattered that belief and demonstrated with multiple examples how unique, authentic, and varied essays (and candidates) can be. The writing speaks for the quality of the coach who was able to guide each person to their own personal story, voice, and style. I wish I would have know about this earlier in life. It would have been life changing.
