Great perspective on the impact an essay can have on admissions prospects. Kevin covered lots of informative ground around the nuances of what to write and why. Examples were helpful in bringing the concepts to life.

I reached out to Connor with a pretty last minute request and he was able to make some time for me. Working with him 1-on-1 was very very very helpful. He helped me brainstorm how to approach telling my story and narrative, and I was very happy with the result. We also did a targeted resume review which was very helpful and eye-opening in terms of what I already had on my resume and how to improve it. One thing he did was he didn't sugarcoat anything to me, he gave it to me straight up and honestly, and that was probably the best part.

I have been on several Leland calls with Ben and he has always provided very detailed and actionable insights across different parts of the MBA application. He also seems to care a lot about the success of the individuals he coaches. Overall, I think he is an awesome coach and I am very thankful for all of the information he openly shares during every call he is on.

Ben and Claire did a wonderful job showcasing essays from two candidates with varying backgrounds and highlighting specific feedback that can be applied to our own essays, regardless of our own experiences.

Attended the Writing a Holistic Set of HBS Essays (with Top Leland Coaches) and reviewing two full sets of essays with open discussion about what does and doesn't work definitely helped get the wheels turning for my one essays. Even if time crunched, a worthwhile session to attend to make writing time more efficient!

I got to see essay writing in a whole new light than I was used to. The session was very informative and I got so many ideas which I plan to incorporate into my own essays.
