Chrix was my creative counterpart at Slingshot, and he was an absolute joy to work with because of the following traits: - Overall attitude: Working in a high-paced and quick-turn world can easily get a person down. Chrix looked at the positives rather than the negatives and the opportunities rather than the costs. He had an uncanny way to brighten my day and make every hour at work enjoyable. - Motivation: Chrix was never satisfied with the status quo, and he was constantly evolving his skill sets and abilities. For example, he began sitting with and learning from the development team so he could begin to understand, alter and write code in order to build better creative for the digital space. - Partnership: Chrix had a tremendous ability for fostering and growing relationships - resulting in true partnerships and cross-functional communication. He is one of the best partners I have worked with.

Chrix is as dependable as they come. I had the pleasure of working directly with Chrix at HomeAway in 2015 and 2016. I was running a product team in our partner experience group, and Chrix was a lead designer on the partner UX team. Our primary focus was a strategic project to re-implement the listing on boarding workflow for HomeAway, but Chrix also delivered on a number of smaller, more tactical projects during our time together. Chrix is a talented designer and an AWESOME human being. He’s creative, communicates well, and is super dependable. Two words. Chrix delivers. He did an amazing amount of production design work during our time together, collaborating well with product and development to see his creations through to implementation. Chrix would be a valuable asset to any UX design team.
