Chrix has been one of the best Art Directors that I have had the privilege of working with. Very easy to easy to work with.

Chrix always has a smile on his face, and the ability to keep that smile on his face was always amazing to me. Along with the ability to get along with everyone he always strived for the best. His can do attitude and meticulous work make him a assets to any company.

I had the opportunity to work with Chrix on several large-scale strategic redesigns that spanned multiple Dell business units. Both I and the team I led at the time found Chrix to be a thoughtful, proactive, and crazy-talented collaborator who really “got” the value of content within the experience. Sounds like a small detail, but so often in UX environments, you’ll find designers working in silos to generate otherwise amazing UIs and visuals that leave content as an afterthought. Likewise for collaboration with engineering: As the team kicked off a transformation from waterfall to Agile, Chrix really dug into the challenge of co-located development and emerged as a trusted and fast-thinking creative partner with our UI engineers. The fact that Chrix is a killer designer doesn’t hurt, either.

I loved working with Chrix at Dell. He always has a smile and a joke ready to offer, and he is one of the hardest working and most creative designers I have ever worked with. He always stays positive, is willing and ready to learn new software and techniques, and you can always count on him to come through and go the extra mile!

Chrix is a very talented art director, designer, creative thinker and teammate. His ability to take complex information provided by clients and cull it down into a simple, organizing idea that translates well to consumers goes unmatched. His outgoing personality allows him to connect with new team members and new clients easily. Chrix is a great creative partner to work with and an even better asset to any team he joins.

Chrix is an extremely talented guy with an even better personality. He has an amazing work ethic and tackles every challenge with a smile. He always stays positive and is the first to offer a helping hand. While at Slingshot, he was my "go-to" on multiple occasions. He was always willing to help with all my questions. From mechanical production to UX and everything in between. He is incredibly talented and a pleasure to work with.

I was very fortunate to work along side Chrix during my time at Dell. Chrix is a methodical thinker, a team player and takes great pride in his work from beginning to end. Chrix is a key asset to any team, easy going and makes work more enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of working directly with Chrix only briefly while at Dell. But I was familiar with his work on other projects. As somewhat of an outside observer I consistently found Chrix to be a team player and a tremendous asset to his team. What impressed me the most was the great reputation that he had with his leads and others on his teams. I am sure that his focus, terrific attitude, and upbeat demeanor on top of his terrific design work had a lot to do with that. I would gladly welcome the chance to work with him again.

Chrix is quick to jump right into the most complex projects and tackle the biggest design challenges head-on. He is great at taking a step back and thinking of the full experience from the customer perspective while also considering any back-end capabilities and potential data challenges. His collaborative spirit has also been a huge asset to the team.

Chrix has a real talent for solving unique and complicated design problems. Along with his keen eye and top-notch design smarts he has an easy going demeanor and a real desire to do what is right for the design to make it is intuitive and simple as possible for the user. It's really refreshing to work with someone who is so talented and has such solid ideas, but yet is still so open to feedback and suggestions.
