If you need someone to really give you a kick to take the application process seriously, or need some encouragement in your corner, Cristian would be a great coach for you. I was stuck in a rut, unsuccessfully getting any interviews in the current job market. With Cristian’s help, I left with a stellar resume that was 10x stronger than what I came in with, and the confidence to approach recruiting in a more aggressive approach. He’s extremely knowledgeable about how to strongly highlight your skills, and will give you the confidence to land interviews. I went from 0 interviews in a month to receiving 7 interviews in two weeks, of which I signed an offer with a promotion and a competitive comp package. Shifu is an excellent coach. He is thoughtful, encouraging, and very detail oriented. I really liked his mock interview style. He guided me step by step, asked great follow-up questions, and provided very clear feedback on both my thinking process and communication. It was clear that he genuinely cares about helping candidates improve. I left the session with practical tips and more confidence. I highly recommend working with him if you are preparing for technical interviews.

Vaishnavi really knows a lot about the things interviewers look for, and helps people who are doing product work translate that into the best version for interviews.

Jonathan has gone absolutely above and beyond, I have never worked with anyone else who has spent so much time off the clock in answering my questions, checking my practice work, and giving me emotional support when I need it most. He is extremely generous with his time, and really aims to maximize how much he covers in sessions. He was really tough on me which is absolutely exactly what I need. The best career coach is one who pushes you on your weaknesses so you can really exceed in interviews, and I deeply wish I met Jonathan sooner. I want to be more like him, he has impeccable people skills and is very insightful, and beyond preparing me for technicals, he is able to provide very honest and sometimes hard to hear commentary, and also encourage me to self reflect on softer skills like how I interact and carry myself, which honestly I never even thought of before as I am so focused on getting questions right, that I hadn’t thought about sometimes it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. He also records our sessions which nobody else has done and is fantastic as it allows me to go back and memorize what he has told me to do . I hope I can become a Jonathan one day!

Max is one of the most articulate and well spoken people I have ever met. He is extremely methodical in preparing you and clearly puts a lot of effort into developing a structured agenda based off the goal at hand. We had a meeting before my interview and he so generously stayed on the phone an extra hour , and despite only meeting then, he continued to follow up with me to support me and check on progress, as well as send me practice materials and answer my questions. His technical questions were very in depth and I really appreciated his scoring system, as well as that he sent me notes after our session on how to talk through my deals, and his framework for speaking about deals in interviews. I want to be more like Max!!!! He is by far one of the best people I have ever worked with and I look forward to spending more time together as I get more interviews
