Hey, I'm Max. I've spent the last five years working in tech banking and private equity, and now I'm getting my MBA at Stanford ('25). Everywhere I've worked, I've helped lead hiring and establish new recruiting channels. Nothing is more satisfying to me than helping someone get connected to the perfect role for them. Why do I coach?

Coming from a non-target undergrad, getting into banking took hundreds of cold emails, dozens of networking calls, and countless interviews. Getting a job in finance is hard, but it's downright impossible without someone to help coach you along the way. There are no shortcuts to your dream job in banking, but I'll help you speed up the process considerably, just as others did for me.
