Hi, I’m Vaish Anna. I’m a Product Manager in fintech and a coach focused on product management recruiting. I graduated from UT Austin McCombs School of Business with a background in Management Information Systems and Finance, and I currently work at Visa. Alongside my role, I coach early-career PM candidates through recruiting — from clarifying role fit and strengthening product thinking to building structured prep plans and executing confidently in interviews. My coaching style is practical, structured, and execution-driven. I help candidates cut through ambiguity, prepare efficiently, and make career decisions that compound over time. Why do I coach?

As the eldest child in my family, I've always been the trailblazer, forging my own path and learning from my own experiences. However, along the way, I often wished I had mentors and advisors to turn to, especially when I made mistakes that could have been avoided with guidance. That longing ignited a passion within me to give back and coach younger students on crucial matters like college admissions, recruiting help, and personal finance. Through my own journey, I've realized the transformative impact of mentorship and support, and now, I'm dedicated to providing that guidance to others, ensuring they have the resources and insights they need to thrive. My commitment to empowering the next generation stems from a deep-seated belief in the power of mentorship and the profound difference it can make in someone's life.
