When coaching on behavioral questions, he explains how the content would be perceived by bankers and what bankers are looking for. He also provides direct and straightforward feedback, which is critical for improving and revising interview responses. With his extensive experience in banking, he can also coach students on industry knowledge and the specifics of each industry group, which is very helpful when preparing for group-specific interviews or networking calls. It is very hard for college student to understand industry knowledge and different industry groups if students are learning by themselves
