Kristen Hansen

Growing up on a farm, I knew a lot about raising cows and selling crops, but nothing about tech or consulting. After 5 internships, an international fellowship, and a startup accelerator program, I've fallen in love with building impactful products and programs. Evaluating full-time offers at Bain & Company and Leland, I chose the startup path, and I'm now working full-time at Leland in a strategy and operations role. My passion for helping people have a healthy relationship with technology led me to co-found Ignite, a digital wellness movement that I operate on the side to help people refine their digital habits to be more present and more intentional. I hope that every role I have will help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. As a coach, I specialize in helping people tell their personal stories, master the art of case frameworks and case math, improve communication clarity, and stay accountable to goals. I take a human, holistic approach to coaching, and above all, I want to help you find work you love.
