I always thought getting into an M7 with my background (non-target college, boutique consulting firm, below avg GRE score) was impossible. Then, I met Pamela. Pamela knew exactly how to take my background and help me craft a unique story to tell Ad Comms. She began by investing time upfront to, first, genuinely get to know me —my background, interests, experiences, etc. She owns a unique template for this exercise. This step was essential in shaping an authentic and cohesive application, and it speaks to Pamela’s expertise in crafting holistic applications. Next came the most intensive component of the MBA application process — the essays. Pamela demonstrated exceptional insight in tailoring each essay to align with the unique values and expectations of the school. When I compared my initial essay draft to the final version, only about 5% remained unchanged. The rest evolved significantly through multiple iterations, detailed feedback, and Pamela’s incredibly fast editing turnaround. This goes to show how much of a role Pamela played. Then came the interview process. Though we were near the finish line, Pamela’s support did not decline. Before each interview, Pamela offered to conduct mock interviews, demonstrating deep insight into both the interview formats and the types of responses each program was seeking. Thanks to Pamela, I received offers from Booth ($$), Kellogg ($$$), CBS, and Yale ($$$$). Each step of the way, Pamela was there to provide support and encouragement. I felt like we solved every problem together and celebrated every win together.

I had a great experience connecting with Natalie for my GSB mock interview. She was very responsive and accommodating, especially given my tight schedule. What stood out most was how genuine she was—rather than simply running through a list of questions, she took the time to truly understand my stories (which is exactly what the GSB interview is about) and provide constructive feedback. I’ve worked with several different coaches for various school interviews, but Natalie was the only one who followed up afterward to check in on how my interview went. She also has a calming presence, which was invaluable to me right before the actual interview.
