If you need someone to really give you a kick to take the application process seriously, or need some encouragement in your corner, Cristian would be a great coach for you. I was stuck in a rut, unsuccessfully getting any interviews in the current job market. With Cristian’s help, I left with a stellar resume that was 10x stronger than what I came in with, and the confidence to approach recruiting in a more aggressive approach. He’s extremely knowledgeable about how to strongly highlight your skills, and will give you the confidence to land interviews. I went from 0 interviews in a month to receiving 7 interviews in two weeks, of which I signed an offer with a promotion and a competitive comp package. I came to Dione with a simple goal in mind: get into my top choice business schools with integrity and purpose. Shifu is an excellent coach. He is thoughtful, encouraging, and very detail oriented. I really liked his mock interview style. He guided me step by step, asked great follow-up questions, and provided very clear feedback on both my thinking process and communication.
